Universal Joystick Kit for Open Station Tractors

This 2-function universal joystick kit is designed for a tractor without a cab and will control a loader and bucket. The joystick is connected directly to the control valve (no cables between joystick and valve), and the brackets are mounted on the uprights of the loader. The brackets are adjustable, allowing the valve and joystick to be installed in the spot most comfortable for the operator. The kit will work with tractors that have either closed center hydraulics or a load sense setup. This kit does not have a 3rd function option, so would not be used on a loader with a grapple.

• Closed Center or Load Sense Hydraulic Valve - Closed Center valve designed for tractors with Closed Center (Pressure Flow Compensated / PFC) hydraulic setup. Load Sense valve designed for tractors with Load Sense hydraulic setup.

Items that need to be added at time of installation:

• A way to tap into the tractor's hydraulics - pressure, return, and (on a load sense tractor) the load sense need to be supplied from the tractor to the hydraulic control valve. Typically a power beyond block installed on the rear of the tractor is used, with hoses running from the power beyond block to the control valve. However, teeing in to the source works on some tractors, and using the rear remotes to supply the pressure and return is also an option.
• Pressure, return, and (if applicable) load sense hoses - these will run from the source of the hydraulics on the tractor to the control valve.
