3-Spool Valve for 10 to 80 HP Tractors - 750384C

This is a three-function joystick control valve for tractors with up to 80 HP. This setup includes two joystick handles - one multi-directional handle for the lift and dump functions, and a second lever joystick for the third function which opens and closes the grapple.
All inlet and outlet ports on this hydraulic control valve are #8 O-Ring (Female).
This loader control valve has the ability to be set up as open center, closed center, and power beyond. The power beyond sleeve, as well as the o-ring plugs, are included with this valve, so you are able to set it up to match your tractor's hydraulics. Most tractors in the 10 to 80 horsepower range are set up with open center hydraulics, but many John Deere tractors in that range are closed center. In some situations, you may want to use the power beyond feature, as well.
System relief valve is set at 2500 psi.
Valve flow rate is 13 GPM.
Float feature included on loader control spool
To set up the valve as open center, install the #8 O-ring plug (included) in the top port. Install the Return hose in the top-side port. (The plug and hose can be switched if they fit better that way). To set up the valve as power beyond, install the pby sleeve in the valve's top port, and attach a hose with a male #6 O-Ring Boss fitting to the top of the sleeve. The Return hose will be installed in the top-side port (the PBY sleeve and return hose canNOT be swapped). To set up the valve as closed center, install the power beyond sleeve in the valve's top port, and then install the #6 O-ring plug in the top of the power beyond sleeve. The Return hose will be installed in the top-side port (these can NOT be swapped). Turn the allen screw on the inside of the pressure relief valve all the way in, and replace the cap on the tip of the pressure relief valve.

Installation Instructions:

To use with an open center tractor:
Install o-ring plug (provided) in Power Beyond / Return Pressure / Closed Center port.

To use with closed center tractor:
Install power beyond sleeve (provided) in Power Beyond / Return Pressure / Closed Center port. Install o-ring plug (provided) in power beyond sleeve. Remove cap from pressure relief valve and turn inner bolt all the way in. Replace cap.

Power beyond setup:
Install power beyond sleeve (provided) in Power Beyond / Return Pressure / Closed Center port. Install hose carrying the "power beyond" oil in power beyond sleeve.
